2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126 (2), 127(2), 70(2) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing gang rape. He is in custody since 11.10.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
