JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being the retired judicial officer and father of the petitioner has claimed that the petitioner resorted to indiscriminate firing but no injury was caused to him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the family dispute the accusation has been levelled and the petitioner is a practicing advocate of the district court. There is counter version of the occurrence lodged by the daughter-in-law of the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
