28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Renu Jha, learned counsel for Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.10361 of 1998, which stood dismissed on o2.07.2014 due to non-prosecution along with other two cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the petitions, which was dismissed by the same order i.e. M.J.C.No.1042 of 1999 has been directed to be restored by order dated 15.10.2014 passed in M.J.C. No.2390 of 2014. After hearing and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C.No.10361 of 1998 be restored to its original file.
