2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2016 in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injury report discloses the nature of the injury to be simple. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and the alleged occurrence resulted from a petty dispute.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusation as well as the fact that the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim Shanti Devi who has sustained injury which in future is likely to
