The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having duped the informant and taken a sum of Rs. 70,000/- after taking his signature on forged document.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material on record to suggest the complicity of the petitioner in the present case and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 29.06.2018.
