Patna High Court MJC No.3647 of 2014 (4) dt.10-08-2016 Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned AAGIV, appearing for the State, states that the petitioners need not have any apprehension in the matter as the Collector, East Champaran at Motihari will do the needful at the earliest in view of the communication dated 25.7.2016, which is appended to the show cause. In my view, learned counsel for the State is correct. In view of the aforesaid communication, this proceeding now stands disposed of.
