The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 404/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that one motorcycle has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. He did not produce any paper with regard to the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner has mentioned in para 10 of the bail petition that the petitioner had purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from Md. Shageer.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55297 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 404/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
