Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the bike on which the three petitioners were there. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 05.02.2021. Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete.

No.29209 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gardanibagh Police Station Case No. 56 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioners shall produce their identity proof at the time of filing of the bail bond before the learned court below.
