2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 316 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 80, 85, 3(5) of the BNS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed her daughter-in-law for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
