JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 121, 121(A), 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Altogether fourteen persons including petitioner as well as some unknown persons are named in the First Information Report, but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, having, more, similar allegation co-accused, Saroj Ravidas @ Sudarshan Ravidas and Mantu Paswan, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27404 of 2016 (3) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kinjer P.S.
