JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 579 of 2017 registered under Sections 370A, 372, 373 and 376 of Indian penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5, and 6 of POCSO Act.

Allegation is that police, on receiving secret information, raided the house, apprehended the petitioner and one Gulam Sarwar and confessed that brothel is being run by the petitioner. It is submitted that there is no any allegation of rape committed by the petitioner, she is a lady and it is not the case that there was any customer and the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017 having clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vandana @ Sulekha Kumari, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63576 of 2017 (3) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
