Informant was deprived of cash appertaining to rupees fifty thousand soon after withdrawing it from PNB, Rajnagar Branch by a motorcycle borne criminal. From the case diary (Para-6), it is evident that Kishan Kumar and Anand Yadav were apprehended and from their possession allegedly part of booty has been recovered and with regard to the remaining, they have disclosed that these petitioners namely, Chunnu Yadav, Vijay Yadav @ Raja took it away to their place whereupon they were also followed and apprehended there from houses as per para-21 as well as para-22. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. They have not been put on TI Parade.

That being so, petitioners, Chunnu Yadav, Vijay

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56662 of 2017 (4) dt.18-01-2018 Yadav @ Raja each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vikash Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
