====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Heard Sri Manish Kumar no.2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri (Dr) Ravindra Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 11.09.2017 on accusation of recovery of 75 gms of Ganja, has prayed for grant of bail in Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.133/2017 arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No.487 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 22/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent .

Considering the nature of accusation clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Durgesh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55505 of 2017(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.133/2017 arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No.487 of 2017.
