JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence alleged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.122 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners being Nanad and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased have been falsely implicated. The petitioners have not been named in the first information report muchless any whisper made against them. The thrust of the accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.36933 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the petitioners, namely, Rubaida Khatoon and Zubaida Khatoon, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.122 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioners will be well represented on each and every date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
