The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the four FIR named accused persons took out Rs.50,000/- from the pocket and gold chain of the informant when the informant along with his brother were going to their house. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 1 Kamlesh Singh caught hold of the informant petitioner no. 2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33932 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 Priyanka Singh assaulted with iron rod of the head of the informant and petitioner no. 3 Pinki assaulted the brother of the informant with iron rod and petitioner no. 4 Manish threatened the informant on the point of pistol.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature when there is a counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners have been on serious litigating terms with the informant from before.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
