JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 02.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and birth of two children. The petitioner is still ready to keep the informant and children with full dignity and honour. A statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition which reads as:- "That, the petitioner is ready to keep his wife and his child with full dignity and love."

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27328 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016.
