Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, it has only come against the petitioner that he was using the stolen mobile of the present case. Admittedly, the aforesaid stolen mobile has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ragini Kumari, J.M. 1st Class, Patna, District
