In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016. The Police has recovered huge quantity of liquor from the toilet of the school. During investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired.

Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20891 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
