=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of sentence dated 12.05.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd, Darbhanga in Cr. Appeal No. 13 of 2011.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioners and the date of occurrence, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.596 of 2015 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 undergone by them. However, they shall pay the fine of amount as directed by the Court below before their release within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
