JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 2, 16, R/W 38(V), (12), 49 (B), 51, 52 and 57 of the Wildlife Protection Act. The name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused, who were caught by the forest officials but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and except his confessional statement as well as the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26225 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No. 07 of 2016.
