Petitioners seek bail in Katra P.S. Case No.155 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per written report, one country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from the possession of petitioner No.1 and one country made pistol and three cartridges have been recovered from the possession of petitioner No.2. Petitioners are in custody since 20.12.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56257 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the period spent in custody, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
The petitioners will remain present on each and every date of trial and their absence on two consecutive date(s) without any reasonable cause will make their bail bonds liable to be cancelled.
