Let the personal appearance of A.S.P., Lakhisarai be dispensed with.

The petitioners being father and brother are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusations are of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing the dead body.

Considering the death of the victim within one year of the marriage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19945 of 2014 (8) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Lakhisarai. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
