On getting suspicious activity, petitioner and others, who were on motorcycle, were signaled to stop, but seeing the police, they began to flee, chased and during course thereof, Bhola Das, Bhushan Sah and Dinesh Mandal were apprehended, out of whom, from the possession of Bhola Das and Bhushan Sah, an automatic loaded pistol were recovered while from the possession of Dinesh Mandal, two live cartridges were recovered along with motorcycle having no registration number. On query, they disclosed the name of petitioner, who succeeded in his escape.

Though petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53153 of 2018 (02) dt.10-09-2018 considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner, Kundan Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Roshan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P. S. Case No.552 of 2017.
