The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.32838 of 2015 (02) dt.10-08-2015 2/3 The prosecution case is that the complainant's son Ashish Narayan Jha was married with the daughter of petitioner no. 1 Manisha Chaudhary on 01.07.2009. Petitioner no. 2 is the relative of petitioner no. 1. But after the marriage further demand of dowry was made when rupees seven lakhs was deposited and the petitioners pressed for transfer of some land and subsequently, the accused persons came to the house of the complainant, snatched jewellery and made assault to the complainant side.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since the daughter of petitioner no. 1 Manisha Chaudhary lodged Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 levelling accusation under Section 323, 494, 498A, 504/34 of the IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the present complainant and his son then the present complaint has been filed on 21.04.2014.

Considering the case lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
