JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of fixing a pillar and in that course, it is stated that petitioners and other accused assaulted the prosecution party. There is specific allegation that the deceased Atul Paswan was assaulted by FIR named accused Manoj Paswan and Pappu Paswan. So far as petitioners are concerned; there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. Moreover, having

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Pushpendra Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
