The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420/272/290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the house of each petitioner 10 liters of country made liquor was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the seizure list does not suggest the actual quantity of liquor from the house of the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.332 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
