Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The children of the two family were in some affairs. The petitioners had threatened to kill the husband of the informant. For that reason, suspicion is against the petitioner and others to have committed murder of the deceased, which is evident from the FIR lodged after recovery of dead body of the husband of the deceased. The case diary does not reveal any other material.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55881 of 2017 (3) dt.04-01-2018 Considering the fact only material is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kahalgaon Police Station Case No.257 of 2017, G.R.No.2124 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
