BAJANTHRI) 15-03-2024 Pursuant to our previous order dated 17.02.2024, parties were permitted to participate in the mediation. Before the mediator on 11.03.2024, respective parties filed joint agreement dated 07.03.2024 and it has been placed on record and the same has been enclosed along with the mediator statement dated 11.03.2024. The same is taken note of.
2. Accordingly, decree of Divorce Case No. 76 of 2018 decided on 02.11.2018 has been confirmed. Subject to fulfillment of conditions in the agreement dated 07.03.2024 by
Patna High Court MA No.229 of 2020(13) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 the respective parties. In the event, of any conditions in the agreement is not complied by the respective parties on or before 06.11.2024, in that event either of the parties may approach this Court in filing interlocutory application to revive this order.
