Admittedly, the petitioner had come before this Court claiming for salary. After verification of her certificate, her salary has already been released. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is not fully satisfied and claimed that as the petitioner had also undergone training, she should be paid salary in the trained pay scale.
The relief as prayed originally by the petitioner stands already redressed.
However, if the petitioner wants any further relief regarding revised pay of trained pay scale, she can always file an appeal before the concerned District Appellate Authority for her claims.
