Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna, as respondent no. 6, in course of the day.
The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for the following relief.
"That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs/direction or directions for nature of Mandamus to appoint the petitioner on the post of Night Guard in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Aawasiya Vidyalaya, Wadi, Katrisarai, District-Nalanda.". The petitioner is directed to file a representation before
Patna High Court CWJC No.17146 of 2011 (6) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 the respondent no. 6, Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be considered by the respondent no. 6 in accordance with law and he shall pass an appropriate order within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation, by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction and observation, the present writ application stands disposed of.
