Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 507 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 308, 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., there was a marriage in the family of the informant, so the informant was repairing his house as well as repairing the sewerage pipe, that led to altercation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18354 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 between the parties. Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. The injury report has been attached, showing painful swelling over the occipital region of the head of the informant and the injury has been shown to the simple in nature. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 507 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
