The petitioners want to renew their prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50012 of 2016, on the ground that now the case has been compromised and in support of compromise the learned counsel for the informant is also present. The allegations are omnibus and general in nature. The petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 are ladies.

The learned A.P.P. submits that in view of compromise the petitioners must surrender and seek regular

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners are directed to surrender and seek regular bail within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and then prayer for regular bail shall be considered on the basis of compromise petition, preferably on the same date without being prejudiced by this order and accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous stands disposed of.
