2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 427/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 123,103(1),3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR that he in connivance with other coaccused killed the father of the informant by giving him poison, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
