ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and the learned counsel for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No.18 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302, 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except that the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against them. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and after perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that no specific role has been attributed to them, let all the three
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32294 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No.18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
