The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.A. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner as Gram Kachahari Sachiv in the Puna Panchayat of the Hilsa in the district of Nalanda forthwith."

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the learned Court of Sub-
Patna High Court CWJC No.10772 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 Divisional Officer, Hilsa at Nalanda vide Case No. 35(MP) of 2008, has been allowed in favour of the petitioner and the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, Puna has been directed to appoint the petitioner on the post of Gram Kachahari Sachiv. 3.
The learned counsel for the respondentState has not been able to demonstrate that the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2009 has been annulled by any higher forum/court of law, hence I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to ensure that the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2009, passed by the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa, District-Nalanda in Case No. 35(MP) of 2008, is implemented in its true letter and spirit, in case there is no other impediment.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
