The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., this petitioner took Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) on the pretext of getting the pashupalan loan sanctioned.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegation, made in the F.I.R., is not supported by any piece of evidence. It is further submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged after of lapse of three years of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.19503 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 291 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
