2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 78 of 2025 arising out of Babura P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 65(1) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner has committed rape upon the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52355 of 2025 vide order dated 16.10.2025 and there is no fresh ground to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18594 of 2026(3) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
