The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.4.2016 in a complaint case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has denied the factum of marriage with the complainant. The investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Kishanganj in connection
