JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner has earlier approached this court by way of filing Cr. Misc. No. 27458 of 2017 and on 6.7.2017 counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has withdrawn the application of this petitioner as there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner and the other accused who were petitioners in that case were granted bail.

The petitioner has remained in custody for nearly eight months.

In view of the above, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.771 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 528 of 2017 arising out of Puroshottampur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 on the condition that one of the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
