Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by order dated 22.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 61113 of 2021 but the petitioner till date has not been released as in the cause title of the order dated 22.03.2022 the police station of the petitioner has been typed as Bounsi instead of Bandhuwa Kurawa. Learned counsel further submits that the said typographical error occurred on account of inadvertence committed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the bail application.

The cause title of the order dated 22.03.2022 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19259 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 61113 of 2021 is modified to read as "Jyotish Kumar, Son of Narayan Lal Sewak, Resident of Village Beltikari Saraiya, P.S. Bandhuwa Kurawa, District Banka" instead of "Jyotish Kumar, Son of Narayan Lal Sewak, Resident of Village Beltikari Saraiya, P.S. Bounsi, District Banka". The order dated 22.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 61113 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
