2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under sections 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The informant alleged that on 05.12.2024 at 1 PM, while he was fixing a pillar in front of his house, this petitioner and his son came and made objection and thereafter, it is alleged that on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Satyam Kumar assaulted informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Satyam Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to be order-giver.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
