The petitioners being mother, brothers' wife, agnate and married sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposing of the dead body.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the victim, met with serious accident six months prior to the occurrence, and ultimately recovered as

No.34911 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 invalid person and getting frustrated with the same, the victim consumed poison on 17.04.2015 when she was being provided medical assistance by local doctor. Thereafter, she was referred to a better hospital but on the way she died. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the accusation is not specific against these petitioners and the husband of the victim is in custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.49 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
