The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 185 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 45 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Santro car. Petitioner is said to be driver of the aforesaid car.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.2.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18751 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Jehanabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 185 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
