This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 226 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioner has been identified as one of the accused operating the Bhatti near the bank of the river. The local persons named in the F.I.R. have identified the petitioner. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
