The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-474/2014, Tr.

No.4233/2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant was called upon to appear in the court below, but despite several opportunities given to her, she did not appear. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is willing

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Complaint Case No.C-474/2014, Tr.
