The petitioners are in custody in connection with G.R.P.S. Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody in this case since 28.03.2018. The F.I.R. was registered against three unknown persons. Petitioners' counsel submitted that they have been falsely dragged in this case by the police as they were accused in another case registered under Section 395 and 397. This case was registered against unknown and as such the prosecution obligation was to put the petitioners on TIP so that their involvement may be

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
