JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already been recovered and her statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the victim admitted that she was taken away by the petitioner at Gujrat where she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and, after that, she was leading her married life with the petitioner. Furthermore, it appears from the impugned order that at the time of alleged occurrence, the victim was aged about 17 years and, now, the victim has already attained her majority.
