Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One mobile set was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and so far criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has been pleaded at para 3 of the petition that for the same occurrence, two cases were lodged against the petitioner and except the aforesaid case, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Raxaul P.S. Case no. 89/2016.
