One Raju Mallick an accused of Siwan P.S. Case No.39/2014 during course of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement disclosed the petitioner who has dump the articles which were seized from his house during course of search after stealing the same in order to get it disposed of. From the order impugned, it is evident that apart from criminal antecedent, submission of charge sheet has been taken a ground for denial of the prayer.
