Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through medication process dated 08.09.2022 on following terms and conditions:-

1. Both the petitioner (husband) and the O.P. No.2 (wife) have agreed to continue with their conjugal relation.

2. Parties have agreed to withdraw all the cases, if any, filed against each other before any forum.

3. Parties have agreed to lead their life with mutual understanding.

4. Petitioner has agreed to allow his wife and son to visit his house and to take care of his farming/ cultivation as and when they desire. Similarly, the O.P. No.2 has also agreed to allow her husband to visit her place as and when he desires. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint case No. 2036 C/ 2015, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
